HRIS Administrator – SAP SuccessFactors On behalf of our client, we are searching for an experienced HRIS Administrator with strong SuccessFactors exposure to support the day-to-day BAU operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of functional support, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, data integrity, and systems administration within a complex enterprise environment. About the Role You’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s SuccessFactors environment, ensuring smooth BAU operations across core HR systems while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams. The environment is heavily focused on Employee Central, workforce structures, position management, governance, and data accuracy across a large and complex workforce. Key Responsibilities BAU administration and support across SAP SuccessFactors User support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting Maintenance of Employee Central data and workforce structures Supporting position management and organisational changes Monitoring data integrity and system accuracy Assisting with integrations, reporting, and process improvements Liaising with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders across the business Supporting testing, enhancements, and release activities where required What We’re Looking For Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a BAU or HRIS capacity Strong exposure to Employee Central Comfortable working across multiple modules and stakeholders Understanding of HR processes, workforce data, and governance Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience in complex enterprise or regulated environments highly regarded Exposure to payroll, integrations, UKG/Kronos, or workforce management is advantageous Apply For more information or to apply directly, please contact samb@spellerinternational.com
