About the role Join our vibrant, family-focused team as an Early Childhood Educator at Koala Kindy in Helensvale. In this permanent full time role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing and educating young children through engaging, play-based learning experiences. With a focus on building strong connections, you will help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where each child can thrive. What you'll be doing Support the lead educators in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework Observe and document children's development, progress and learning experiences to support children's programs Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care Maintain a tidy, organised and engaging learning environment Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice What we're looking for Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Demonstrated experience working in an early learning setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy Ability to work collaboratively within a team Current First Aid and CPR certification Working with Children Check / Blue Card Commitment to Child Safe Standards What we offer At Koala Kindy, we are committed to providing a supportive, flexible and rewarding work environment.
