About the role Volunteering WA is seeking an experienced and values-driven Executive Manager – Strategy & Development to join our Executive Team and help shape the future of volunteering across Western Australia. As Executive Manager – Strategy & Development, you will play a key leadership role in driving Volunteering WA’s strategic priorities, partnerships and growth initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, you will lead strategic engagement initiatives across corporate volunteering, partnerships, marketing and communications — helping connect people, organisations and communities through meaningful volunteering opportunities. Responsibilities You will: Lead strategic development and organisational growth initiatives Build and strengthen partnerships across corporate, government and philanthropic sectors Drive stakeholder engagement, marketing and communications initiatives Identify new funding and revenue diversification opportunities Support executive leadership, organisational planning and governance activities Lead and mentor high-performing engagement and corporate volunteering teams Represent Volunteering WA across sector forums, events and external engagements This role is ideal for a senior leader who combines strategic thinking with strong relationship management and a passion for community impact. About you You are a collaborative and influential leader with experience driving strategic initiatives, partnerships and organisational growth within the not-for-profit, community or corporate sectors.
