We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team. This isn’t your typical “on-the-road sales” BDM role — it’s a hands-on, operational position where you’ll work closely with our internal teams to drive performance, systems, and standards across the network. The Role Based at our Broadbeach Head Office, you’ll work closely with our operations team to support clubs through systems, reporting, training, and day-to-day operational guidance. You’ll be responsible for: Leading weekly KPI reporting and performance analysis, delivering clear, actionable insights Supporting pre-sale setups from a systems and operational perspective Assisting in the development and rollout of sales processes, training, and onboarding frameworks Partnering with Club General Managers and department leaders to provide structured support (remotely and on-site) Contributing to national initiatives, operational projects, and system improvements Supporting reporting, tracking, and administrative processes including rebates Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the network and helping drive solutions Attending key club openings and occasional site visits What We’re Looking For You’re someone who: Thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment Picks up systems quickly and can confidently manage multiple platforms Builds strong relationships across all levels of a business Works well independently but loves being part of a collaborative team Takes ownership, shows initiative, and gets things done Solution-driven with a passion for improving processes behind the scenes Experience & Skills Experience in club management or fitness operations Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action Experience in reporting, administration, and operational support Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders High attention to detail and strong time management skills Willingness to travel occasionally Why Join World Gym Australia?
