As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Estimator to join our team. Role Overview As our Internal Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing client enquiries, and assisting with project coordination, working within our company values and supported by a structured Sales Playbook that outlines our proven processes for quoting, follow-up, and client communication, so you are set up to succeed from day one. Your focus will be on converting incoming leads, maintaining client relationships, and working closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover. Key Responsibilities: Develop a solid understanding of AS-1428 and other relevant Australian Standards for our product range Review construction plans, drawings, and project documents to determine product requirements Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using SimPRO Respond promptly to client enquiries and quote requests Follow up warm leads and actively manage your quote pipeline Liaise professionally with builders, architects, and project managers Maintain CRM entries and keep project records up to date in SimPRO Coordinate quote handovers to the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery Work within our company values and Sales Playbook framework to deliver consistent, high-quality client interactions Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales or estimating role is required, with experience in the construction or safety product industry considered a bonus Comfortable reading construction plans and project documentation Proficient with CRM and/or ERP systems (SimPRO experience highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with AS-1428 or similar Australian Standards is beneficial but not essential What We Offer $70,000 base salary super performance bonus after 3-month probation Structured onboarding with our Sales Playbook and full product training Clear career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow A genuine, no-politics team culture where collaboration is the norm Office-based role with consistent, structured hours A growing company with national reach and a strong, active project pipeline Our Values Our values aren't just words on a wall.
