Woonona Medical Practice is seeking a motivated Medical Receptionist to join their large team starting 6th July. The position would attract a dynamic individual with exceptional administration skills. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, professional, efficient service to our patients so to be successful in this position you will: have minimum three (2) years' experience as an office based receptionist possess excellent computer skills and be a quick learner have compassion and empathy have an interest in a career in health Most importantly you will need to: work well in a team environment be organised and reliable, with great rapport building and communication skills have great attention to detail and possess the ability to work in a high volume environment have proven customer service experience have the confidence to ask questions and make suggestions realise the importance of maintaining the utmost confidentiality at all times.
