Blaq Restaurant and Bar is looking for a driven and talented Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef in delivering an exceptional dining experience. We are an award-winning restaurant located at The Kyah in the beautiful Blue Mountains. We offer a modern and vibrant dining experience that celebrates the produce we grow in our on-site kitchen garden and the finest local ingredients NSW has to offer. Blaq seats over 150 guests in the restaurant, with additional private function spaces accommodating everything from corporate events through to weddings. The Role This is a hands-on kitchen leadership role. You'll be working closely with the Head Chef across daily service, team development, and the ongoing evolution of our menu. You'll contribute to the creative direction of the kitchen, and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
