About the role Lovetocare Pty Ltd is seeking a casual Support worker to join our team in Munno Para, SA. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly and disabled clients, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. What you'll be doing Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities Identify and report any changes in client health or wellbeing Liaise with family members, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate records and documentation Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines What we're looking for Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar care-focused role Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine interest in supporting the elderly and disabled Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team Current driver's licence and own transportation What we offer At Lovetocare, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
