Tender Loving Care Aged Care: Australia's Top Aged Care Services Our rate : Our rate is $38.95 per hour Role Contract: Casual What You’ll Be Doing : - As a casual Domestic Assistant, you will be required to travel to clients homes to provide basic household services such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom and toilet, bed-making, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, hanging clothes out, assistance with meal preparation, and unaccompanied shopping. You will be responsible for ensuring that service clients homes are kept clean, hygienic, and homely according to the individual's needs and wishes. What We’re Looking For : - Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable) - Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work all day - Attention to detail — takes pride in their work - Willingness to learn and improve - Experience in the Domestic Assistant field - Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitise house areas Maintain bathrooms, showers and change rooms Vacuum and mop floors Empty bins and restock consumables Ensure high-touch surfaces are disinfected Follow health and safety guidelines Report maintenance issues to management Laundry duties are completed in a safe, efficient, and effective way We require you to have: Current, valid driver's licence and own transport. Minimum of 6-12 months construction experience required Due to the security nature of some sites a police check and a working with children’s check may be required. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.
