We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and polished Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our office and create an exceptional workplace experience for employees. This role is responsible for ensuring the office runs seamlessly across workplace operations, hospitality, team support, onboarding, events and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with people-focused support, and takes pride in delivering a professional and welcoming office experience. Working closely with the Executive Assistants, this role will also have exposure to supporting the Co-Founder and Co-CEOs with ad hoc coordination and administrative support as required for them. Requirements Previous experience in office coordination, workplace experience, administration or hospitality preferred. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) preferred. Experience coordinating vendors, catering or events is highly regarded.
