Role Overview The Associate Territory Manager - Upper Extremities supports sales growth and clinical adoption of Stryker's shoulder arthroplasty, trauma, and reconstructive solutions across the Perth / Western Australia territory. This role partners closely with Territory Managers and provides in-theatre clinical support to surgeons and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide in-theatre clinical and technical support for orthopaedic upper extremity procedures Support sales execution, account management, and territory planning Develop strong product knowledge across shoulder arthroplasty, trauma, and reconstructive systems Partner with Territory Managers to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives Coordinate inventory management to ensure product availability and compliance Troubleshoot product-related issues using clinical insight Analyse territory and performance data to support sales growth Build trusted, professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and clinical stakeholders Support achievement of sales targets and KPIs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, healthcare, or customer-facing roles Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres Current valid driver's licence Strong communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science) Experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, or clinical support roles Exposure to working toward sales targets, KPIs, or commercial objectives Apply today!
