Floor Supervisors will:

- Provide hands-on leadership during service, assisting team members and ensuring smooth service flow across all sections.
- Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
- Support the training, coaching, and development of waitstaff and food & beverage attendants.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with operational procedures and standards.
Bar Supervisors will:
- Lead bar teams to deliver exceptional beverage service and memorable guest experiences.
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency across all beverage offerings.
- Support, train, and mentor bartenders while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Manage stock control, ordering, inventory management, and beverage presentation standards.
- Monitor RSA compliance and responsible service practices at all times.
- Handle guest enquiries and service recovery situations while maintaining premium hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with venue management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operational performance.
