Project build value around 80-140M. Key Responsibilities: Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements across luxury multi-residential projects, including tender packages, scopes of work, contract correspondence, final certification, project handover and defects management. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and key stakeholders to support efficient project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation, records and registers while ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Manage all commercial and financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress claims, variations and cost control to ensure successful project outcomes. Identify and mitigate commercial risks while driving opportunities for improved project performance and value.
