Now we need to rebuild and strengthen the financial foundations that support that growth. We’re Looking For a Financial Controller Who Can Develop, stabilise and continuously improve our finance function in Australia Strengthen financial governance, controls and visibility Design and build a sustainable internal finance capability Provide clear commercial insight to support better decision-making Establish strong foundations that enable future scale The first 3–6 months will be hands-on, focused on building structure, improving clarity and embedding disciplined processes. This role requires someone comfortable working in the details while shaping a stronger long-term framework. First 6 Months Enhance month-end close processes and reporting reliability Strengthen balance sheet integrity and reconciliation discipline Implement and embed structured cashflow forecasting Improve working capital management and financial visibility Refine approval workflows, delegation frameworks and governance standards Deliver a clear finance development and capability roadmap Conduct a structured profitability review to identify margin improvement opportunities and implement practical short-term performance enhancements Beyond 6 Months Design and build a sustainable internal finance capability Improve profitability visibility and performance reporting Strengthen forecasting accuracy and commercial insight Partner with leadership to support margin improvement and strategic decisions Establish scalable systems and processes that support growth What Success Looks Like Accurate, reliable and timely financial reporting Strong financial governance and structured oversight Clear cashflow visibility and improved working capital discipline Reduced process friction and improved system clarity Improved margin performance and financial insight Finance operating as a trusted strategic and operational partner Who You Are What matters most is your mindset. Salary & Compensation We believe in transparency - here’s what this role offers: Base salary: AUD $140,000 to $180,000 superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability) And so much more… that you will have to see for yourself.
