This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise and creativity primarily as a Colour Technician, providing exceptional hair services to our valued clientele. What you'll be doing Providing high-quality hair styling and colouring services to clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction Delivering a wide range of trending colours, highlights, and styling Advising clients on the latest hair colour trends and techniques and recommending tailored solutions Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of the salon's services and offerings Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards What we're looking for Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or a related field Demonstrated high level of experience as a Hair Colourist, preferably within a salon environment Strong technical skills in colouring and styling hair, with the ability to execute a variety of techniques Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, enjoyable experience for clients A creative flair and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and industry developments Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team What we offer We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
