About the Role: The Installer is responsible for independently assembling and installing products at customer sites while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot issues on site. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and install products accurately and efficiently. Act as point of contact for customer queries during installation. Collaborate with project managers and communicate issues promptly. Ensure site cleanliness and safety before, during, and after installation. Operate and maintain company tools and equipment. Perform required checks on company vehicles and report defects. Follow project plans and documentation accurately. Comply with safety standards and company protocols. Physical fitness and mechanical aptitude required for the role. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic problem-solving capabilities.
