Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Support clients in managing behaviours of Concern. Promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices in all interactions. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and holistic care. Document and report on client progress in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. Essential Criteria: Demonstrated experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals with complex needs. Sound understanding and application of trauma-informed care principles. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Valid CPR certification (HLTAID009 or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Ability to work day shifts, evening shifts, and sleepover shifts. Desirable: Relevant qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field. Knowledge of NDIS processes.
