The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Retail Sales Assistant to join our store in Parafield on a casual basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service as well as retail sales or hospitality experience. They will also possess the ability to: Deliver a high-quality and knowledgeable customer experience Maintain and replenish stock levels Attend to merchandise displays, store cleanliness and presentation Drive sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets Adhere to store operating procedures About you Motivated, energetic and passionate about helping people Comfortable approaching and selling to customers Excellent listening and communication skills Ability to use your initiative and multi task Flexible and available to work 10-15 hours per week, must have availability on Sunday and Monday and at times independently close the store.
