Job Description We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hands‑on Handyperson to join our team and support the day‑to‑day maintenance of the Hotel. In this role, you’ll help ensure our revitalised property remains safe, functional, and beautifully presented for guests. From painting and touch‑ups to routine inspections and general repairs, you’ll enjoy a varied and meaningful role where your contribution directly enhances the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Carry out painting and presentation touch‑ups across guest rooms and public areas Perform general maintenance on plant, equipment, and building assets Conduct routine inspections and identify faults or repair needs Support preventative maintenance programs and daily checks Respond promptly to maintenance requests Maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding tasks Work collaboratively with team members and contractors to minimise guest disruption Qualifications Hands‑on experience in general maintenance (ideally Hotels), including, air‑conditioning cleaning, and pool maintenance Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, team‑oriented, and committed to a positive workplace culture Guest‑focused with a friendly and professional approach Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
