DASH GROUP is seeking an experienced Cert III or Cert IV qualified Safety Advisor to join our team across a range of active construction sites. This role offers casual ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Act as a spotter / safety observer on-site, providing eyes and ears support for plant and personnel movements Conduct routine safety inspections of scaffolding and report any hazards or non-compliance Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to WHS requirements, SWMS, and site safety plans Use Breadcrumb software for safety reporting, inspections, and documentation Perform general site safety checks and audits , including compliance monitoring Assist site supervisors in identifying and mitigating hazards in real time Support inductions and promote ongoing safety awareness across site teams Requirements Cert III or Cert IV in Work Health and Safety Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and WHS legislation Experience working on active construction sites in a safety-focused role Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, high-risk environment Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to hazard identification Excellent communication skills when engaging with site teams and supervisors Desirable Tickets & Experience Dogman / rigging ticket highly regarded Forklift ticket preferred First Aid & CPR certification preferred Scaffolding awareness or inspection experience advantageous Experience with digital safety platforms (especially Breadcrumb ) White Card (mandatory for site access) Additional Information Casual ongoing work with consistent site opportunities Potential for long-term / permanent placement for the right candidate Variety of projects and site environments Immediate start PLEASE APPLY BELOW if you think this role is a right fit for you.
