We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Vegetation Workers (e.g. HV Workers / Climbing Arborists / EWP Operators / Squirrel Operators / Chipper Truck Drivers) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vital role that includes all facets of Urban Tree Management . Key Responsibilities Safety Awareness and Compliance: Maintain compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards and adhere to all relevant Codes of Practice, including electrical safety when working around live power lines Health & Safety Responsibility: Take personal responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your team Quality Assurance: Deliver work to meet contractual obligations, company standards, and customer expectations Hazard Identification & Action: Identify hazards proactively and stop work if uncontrolled risks are present Supervisor Support: Work closely with supervisors to ensure high quality outcomes Professionalism & Housekeeping: Maintain professional standards and a clean, organised worksite Pre start Equipment Checks: Conduct checks on all vehicles, machinery, and equipment prior to use What We're Looking For Safety Focused: Strong awareness of safety and electrical risks Detail Oriented: Commitment to high quality workmanship Proactive & Responsible: Ability to identify and resolve safety issues Team Player: Strong collaboration with supervisors and colleagues Experience & Qualifications First Aid / CPR Certification Construction White Card Cert II in ESI: Powerline Vegetation Control (UET20319) EDD UETTDRRF08 / EWP Rescue: UETDRRF002 Chainsaw Ticket Experience working near live power lines is advantageous Arboriculture qualification or equivalent experience advantageous Why Join Us?
