You will play a key role in supporting senior fee earners across a technically focused practice, helping to ensure matters run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of client service. The Role | You will be responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to a busy team within the Tax & Revenue practice, including: Diary management and coordination of meetings Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence Managing billing processes and monthly invoicing Travel coordination and preparation of detailed itineraries for interstate travel Coordinating interviews and internal meetings Managing correspondence and communications Supporting internal team training initiatives Assisting with document management and file administration Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of matters About You | Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within a law firm Experience supporting lawyers within corporate, commercial or transactional practices highly regarded Exceptional attention to detail and document formatting skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and professional approach to supporting senior lawyers A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment On Offer | Competitive salary package The opportunity to work within a well-established and respected Adelaide law firm This role is office-based in Adelaide CBD, offering a stable and long-term opportunity within a highly organised practice.
