Key Responsibilities Stock Management Run weekly stock transfers and consolidations between stores and online channels to improve stock availability and maximise sales. Prepare packing lists and size breakdowns for initial allocations of new season stock, using historical sales data by colour, fit and store size. Monitor core and carry-over styles, ensuring replenishments and order adjustments are actioned in a timely manner. Coordinate stock builds for new store openings and stock consolidations for store closures. Set up and maintain replenishment models. Planning, Trading & Pricing Assist with weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting and analysis across various planning functions. Support the development of seasonal option plans, particularly across seasonal categories. Assist in reviewing and implementing price changes for Outlet stores. Maintain and update range plans within the planning system. Stakeholder & Team Support Liaise closely with Sales Managers and Store Teams to resolve stock issues and identify opportunities. Work collaboratively with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of stock. Support the Merchandise Planner and wider team with ad hoc projects and tasks. About You Minimum 2 year's experience as an Assistant Planner or Senior Allocator within retail. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, reporting and data analysis. Highly analytical with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business. * Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
