Early Childhood Educator – Room Leader North Belconnen Community Association is seeking an experienced and motivated Early Childhood Educator (Room Leader) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Lead and manage a room, ensuring high-quality care and supervision of children Support and guide other educators within the room Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Monitor and document children’s development and progress Communicate effectively with families and staff Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant regulations Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care At least 1 year of relevant work experience Strong leadership and communication skills Current Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate Salary: AUD $76,515 – $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience Location: Flynn, ACT Employment Type: Full-time
