About the opportunity Joining a close knit team in Customer Service, you will become the dedicated day to day contact for a portfolio of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients. This role combines customer service with account management responsibilities, where you will build strong relationships with clients while coordinating orders, deliveries and enquiries across hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers. You will take ownership of your accounts, ensuring a high level of communication, service and problem solving throughout the customer journey. Extensive training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within the healthcare industry. Duties Day to day management of a portfolio of Pharmaceutical & Medical Device principals (clients) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Manage inbound and outbound product deliveries Process manual order entry through SAP, including purchase orders and compassionate orders Respond to customer and client enquiries via phone and email Provide updates regarding stock availability and order fulfilment Problem solve and investigate customer issues to achieve successful patient outcomes Liaise with hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and healthcare professionals regarding orders and deliveries Maintain accurate records and ensure high attention to detail across all processes Skills and Experience Previous customer service or account management experience within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry preferred SAP experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service Culture The team is diverse, passionate and highly supportive, with a strong customer-first mindset.
