Sales Consultant – Double Glazing Location Perth, WA The company Our client is a highly regarded double glazing company servicing homeowners across the Perth metro area. Due to continued growth and strong inbound demand, they are seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Consultant to join their team. The Role This is a field-based sales role focused entirely on warm inbound leads - no cold calling or business development required. Enquiries are generated through online marketing and incoming customer requests. Your role will be to contact prospective customers, arrange in-home consultations, measure windows and doors, discuss suitable solutions and prepare quotations. You will be provided with a company vehicle, phone, laptop and all tools required to succeed. Key Responsibilities Contact inbound enquiries and schedule in-home appointments Attend customer homes across the Perth metro area Measure windows and doors accurately Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Prepare and present quotations Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into sales Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery About You Previous experience in sales, estimating or in-home consultations preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Confident presenting solutions and closing sales Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule High attention to detail and accurate measuring skills Professional presentation and a customer first approach Current WA Driver’s Licence Experience within windows, construction, renovations, roofing, blinds or other residential building products will be highly regarded.
