The Role(s): As Project Engineer , you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a variety of projects involving bulk earthworks, road construction & transport infrastructure (TfNSW) and more. You’ll support all aspects of project performance — from planning and delivery through to safety, financial control, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Assist project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture. Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with TfNSW and company standards. Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, reporting, and risk management. About You: You'll have experience across one or many of the below scopes of work: Bulk Earthworks and TfNSW (Transport for NSW) specifications Residential / Industrial Subdivisions Pavement Construction, Kerb and Gutter, Asphalt Stormwater Drainage & Utilities You'll have all of the below: Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the civil construction industry. Proven demonstrated longevity across TIER 2 civil contracting businesses. 5 years' civil engineering experience in Australia Demonstrated ability to support delivery of complex projects from tender through delivery . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or equivalent.
