Senior Building Manager Location: Penrith Salary : $100,000 – $115,000 Super (depending on experience) We have recently been engaged on an opportunity for a Senior Building Manager to join a well-established team based in Penrith, overseeing a structured and highly manageable residential portfolio. This position will see you responsible for a portfolio of five residential buildings, with the potential to take on an additional smaller complex. The portfolio is uniquely positioned, with one primary building serving as the base and four additional buildings all located on the same street, directly next to each other. The portfolio has been well maintained and is running smoothly, offering a strong foundation for an incoming manager. You will also be supported by an existing assistant who is already embedded within the portfolio, along with guidance from an experienced leadership team. The Role This is a hands-on Senior Building Manager position, suited to someone confident in taking ownership of an established portfolio while maintaining high operational standards. Oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple residential buildings Manage and coordinate all maintenance requests, contractors and service providers Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners and strata committees Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, WHS requirements and safety standards Conduct regular inspections across the portfolio, ensuring presentation is maintained Monitor contractor performance and ensure service delivery meets expectations Manage and resolve resident queries in a professional and timely manner Why This Role This opportunity offers a level of structure and efficiency that is rarely seen across multi-site portfolios.
