Qualified Industrial Painter & Blaster – 12 Week Shutdown Project SEQ Region | Accommodation Provided We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Industrial Painters & Blasters for an upcoming major project located in the South East Queensland region, commencing in the coming weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent hours on a large-scale industrial maintenance project with accommodation provided. What’s on offer: 12 weeks work. 11-hour days. 6 days per week. Accommodation provided. Competitive pay rates in line with the relevant award. Strong project pipeline with potential for ongoing opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Abrasive blasting and industrial coating application. Surface preparation and protective coating works. Working within strict site safety and quality requirements. Operating blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently. Working as part of a high-performing shutdown/project team. To be successful, you will have: Previous industrial painting and blasting experience. Relevant trade qualifications and/or industry certifications. Construction White Card. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening. Strong work ethic. Highly regarded tickets/licences include: Working at Heights. Confined Space Entry. EWP (Elevated Work Platform). Candidates with shutdown, infrastructure, water treatment, mining, or heavy industrial maintenance experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
