From full home repaints to seamless microcement installations in bathrooms, kitchens, and feature spaces, we create refined, durable finishes designed to elevate any home. We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finishes across a variety of residential renovations and new construction projects. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to maintain our reputation for excellence. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Arundel, QLD 4214. Main tasks : -Preparation of surfaces including sanding, patching, filling, masking, and priming -Application of paints, coatings, sealers, and protective finishes to residential and commercial projects -Decorative finishes including Venetian plaster, microcement, texture coatings, and specialty finishes -Colour matching and finish consistency across projects -Operation and maintenance of painting equipment and tools including spray equipment -Protection of surrounding areas and maintaining clean and safe work sites -Reading and interpreting plans and client specifications -Assisting with project scheduling and ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines -Working both independently and within a team environment on residential renovations and new construction projects Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience : -Minimum of a relevant Certificate III qualification plus minimum 1 year’ relevant work experience in the last 5 years; or -3 years’ relevant work experience may substitute the formal qualification. Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -The ability to study, retain, and execute detailed technical information. -A strong team player who supports others and contributes to process improvements. -Highly organised with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
