About the Role We are partnering with one of Sydney's leading Tier 1 volume builders to find an experienced Site Manager to join their Western Sydney team. This is a high-volume role managing up to 20 homes at any one time across active land release corridors, with the support of a well-resourced operations team and a strong pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities Manage up to 20 residential builds simultaneously across Western Sydney growth corridors Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to maintain build programmes and deadlines Conduct regular site inspections ensuring quality, compliance and safety standards are met Liaise with pre-construction, estimating and customer service teams to ensure smooth site starts Manage client walkthroughs, PCI inspections and handovers Identify and resolve site issues, variations and defects in a timely manner Maintain accurate site records, purchase orders and progress updates in company systems Uphold WHS obligations across all active sites What We're Looking For Certificate III in Carpentry or relevant trade qualification Certificate IV in Building and Construction (mandatory) Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Manager within a volume builder environment Proven ability to manage high volumes of homes simultaneously Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills Familiarity with volume builder systems Solid understanding of the residential construction process from slab to handover NSW Supervisor Certificate (essential) For a confidential chat press APPLY or Call Jarrod Sellers on 0412 729 942 Consultant jarrod.sellers@coretalent.com.au Reference number: BH-25204 Profession:ConstructionForeperson/supervisor Company: Core Talent Date posted: 21st Apr, 2026
