We are looking for a Content Creator to join the Forty Winks Fyshwick team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, creating engaging digital content, managing social media campaigns and supporting local brand awareness. The position will focus on promoting Forty Winks Fyshwick’s products and services, strengthening its digital presence, engaging with the local community and contributing to business growth through effective marketing strategies. This is a full-time ongoing position based in Fyshwick, ACT. Main tasks : Marketing and Community Engagement: -Develop and implement creative community outreach initiatives, in accordance with Forty Winks marketing strategies and brand standards, to build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and support local business growth -Manage and optimise the social media presence of Forty Winks Fyshwick across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), adhering to brand guidelines, including scheduling and publishing content. -Develop engaging content and implement effective social media campaigns, tracking key metrics, analysing performance data and reporting on campaign outcomes. -Utilize Google Ads and the SOCi digital platform to create and manage online advertising campaigns, aiming to increase website traffic, generate leads and improve digital engagement. -Conduct daily reviews of marketing platforms and internal communications to ensure promotional content and marketing activities remain current and aligned with business objectives. -Research market trends and customer engagement opportunities to support marketing initiatives and promotional activities. -Assist in the creation and coordination of digital marketing materials, promotional content and advertising campaigns. -Monitor social media and digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. -• Ensure all marketing content and communications are consistent with Forty Winks brand standards and business objectives. Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience : -Bachelor degree in relevant qualification plus minimum 1 year’ relevant work experience in the last 5 years. -5 years’ relevant work experience may substitute the formal qualification. Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge : -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices. -Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for developing engaging content. -Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing tools. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Must have the right to work in Australia. -Weekend availability is essential. Annual salary will be between $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
