About the Position The Marketing Specialist is a key full-time role at Calm Walk Pty Ltd, based at our Brooklyn facility in Victoria, offering a salary of $95,000 per annum. This position is responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support sales growth for our premium flooring range in both the residential and commercial markets. Working closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams, the successful candidate will shape how Calm Walk connects with builders, renovators, designers, and wholesale partners, ensuring our messaging highlights product quality, durability, and nationwide service while driving measurable business results in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote Calm Walk’s premium hybrid, laminate, and carpet tile products to residential renovators and commercial clients. Manage and grow the company’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising to boost engagement and enquiries. Create high-quality marketing collateral such as product brochures, installation guides, videos, case studies, and promotional materials that showcase the style, performance, and value of our flooring solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends in home improvement and commercial fit-outs, using insights to refine strategies and stay ahead in the flooring industry. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lead-generation activities, provide product knowledge tools, and support wholesale partners with effective promotional resources. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms, providing clear recommendations to improve ROI and align marketing with business goals. Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships to strengthen Calm Walk’s reputation as a leading national wholesaler. Ensure all marketing activities comply with Australian advertising standards and consistently reflect the company’s values of quality, reliability, and innovation.
