We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, promote our tyre and autoparts range, and support business growth. The role focuses on digital and traditional marketing activities, ensuring consistent branding and effective communication with key stakeholders in the automotive sector. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen Onyx Tyres’ brand presence across Australia, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences. Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including website content, social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, and email marketing. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities to support wholesale tyre sales and partner engagement. Analyse customer insights, market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, and market data to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with distribution, sales representatives, and account managers to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals. Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, and campaign assets. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance analysis reports. Support partnership development initiatives, including dealer on-boarding events, industry exhibitions, and trade shows. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and creative agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs. Required Qualification and Experience At least 1 year’s work experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably within the automotive or related industry. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field. Required Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide marketing decisions. Ability to interpret market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes. Ability to plan, implement, track, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High attention to detail with a strong sense of design and branding.
