About the role: This role would suit a litigation lawyer who wants broad commercial disputes, direct Partner access and room to step up. You can expect to work across: Commercial and contractual disputes. Misleading or deceptive conduct claims. Regulatory investigations and contentious regulatory issues. Director and shareholder disputes. Negligence claims and complex multi-party litigation. Mediations, arbitrations, litigation strategy, evidence and pleadings. You will work closely with Partners across Melbourne and nationally, contribute to strategy, manage matters and help mentor junior lawyers. The ideal candidate: 4 to 6 years PQE in commercial litigation, disputes or investigations. Strong private practice litigation experience. Sound knowledge of case management and litigation procedure. Commercial Court experience will be highly regarded. Strong drafting, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, collaborative and confident contributing to litigation strategy.
