A highly regarded professional services firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer/ Workplace Investigator with 2 years PAE to join their growing team in either Sydney or Melbourne. This opportunity is suited to candidates from private practice or relevant public sector backgrounds who are looking for genuine flexibility, high-quality work, and long-term career development. You will be supporting employers across a broad range of workplace relations and employment law matters, while also assisting with workplace investigations across a variety of industries and sectors. More senior candidates will have the opportunity to lead matters, mentor junior team members, and strengthen existing client relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Advising employers on employment and industrial relations matters Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and workplace documentation Providing payroll and compliance advice Assisting with employment disputes and litigation matters across the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and other tribunals Conducting and supporting workplace investigations Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality client service Do you have the following skillset?
