Introduction Working closely with the Retail Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end execution of retail displays, store fit-outs, fixtures and ongoing maintenance projects. Description Retail Project Coordinator Sydney NSW 12-month contract(View to go permanent) Key Responsibilities Assist in managing design documentation, production timelines and installation planning Develop internal creative briefs from client briefs and manage through creative studio Manage studio creative output and delivery of creative assets Compiling creative work into agency template for client presentations Produce contact reports following client meetings Assist with shopfitting activities including site audits, tenders and cost analysis Track budgets, raise purchase orders and support financial reconciliation across projects Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources and vendor communication Support defect management and ensure issues are tracked through to resolution Liaise with internal teams, clients and external suppliers to ensure project requirements are met Provide regular project reporting and updates to stakeholders Assist in coordinating trades on-site, ensuring quality, safety and timelines are maintained Skills And Experiences About You Previous experience in retail project coordination, shopfitting, production or design environments Understanding of retail environments and merchandising is highly regarded Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and highly organised.
