About the role: Reporting to the Meta National Account Manager , as a Visual Merchandising Technician (VMT) on the Meta Program you are responsible for maintaining consistent visual merchandising standards and fixture operational excellence across Meta's entire Australian retail network through: Break-Fix & Maintenance Execution on Meta’s in-store product displays Visual Merchandising/Demo Tech Compliance Field & Physical Merchandising Project Support Store Visitation & Call Cycle Fixture Health & Demo Functionality Brand Representation Relationship Building Your primary role is to ensure Meta's physical retail presence operates at the highest possible standard nationwide - delivering rapid issue resolution, consistent brand presentation, and reliable fixture functionality across all retail touchpoints. You are required to portray Retail Safari and our client in a professional light in public whilst performing all required tasks. About You: You are a highly organised, hands-on operator who takes pride in presentation, consistency and attention to detail. You enjoy working independently in the field, problem-solving on the go, and ensuring every store visit leaves Meta’s retail presence looking and functioning at its best. You will be confident working across multiple retail environments, building strong relationships with store teams and internal stakeholders, and representing both Retail Safari and Meta in a professional manner at all times. The ideal person for this role will have strong visual merchandising standards, a practical understanding of fixture maintenance, technical proficiency , and the ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly, and communicate clearly. You will be proactive, reliable and comfortable managing a national call cycle while maintaining a high level of execution across every touchpoint. Most importantly, you will care about the customer experience and understand the impact that well-presented, fully operational displays have on brand perception and sales performance.
