Administration Assistant Clinical Approx. 20–25 hours per week We are seeking a highly organised and capable Administration Assistant to provide critical administrative, compliance, and reporting support to the clinical team in Care & Lifestyle. About the Role This role plays a key part in supporting risk, quality, and compliance functions across the team. The successful applicant will oversee day-to-day administrative operations and provide structured support as reporting and compliance requirements continue to increase. Regular duties will include: Overseeing weekday operations of the Aegis Support Desk, including allocation and monitoring of tasks Conducting weekly audits of SIRS reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance Providing policy update and review support Minuting meetings and preparing follow-up documentation Editing and assisting with internal and external reporting requirements Overseeing team timesheets and leave calendar management Assisting with NQI reporting requirements Providing support with casual therapy rosters General administrative tasks to support the wider team About You This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, confident, and able to support others while managing competing priorities. You will bring strong administrative capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will ideally have: Proven experience in an administrative role within Aged Care, or healthcare Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (essential) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, particularly with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation The ability to manage confidential information with discretion Confidence supporting teams with risk and compliance reporting Strong organisational and time-management skills Why Apply?
