Position Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in strengthening and enhancing Ruyton’s digital presence, brand engagement and online communications. This position leads the School’s digital marketing initiatives through the strategic management of the website, social media channels, digital advertising and agency partnerships, while creating and delivering engaging content that reflects Ruyton’s values and strategic priorities. Combining expertise in digital marketing, content creation, social media management and performance analysis, the Digital Marketing Specialist develops and executes campaigns that build brand awareness, foster community engagement and support enrolment growth. The role is responsible for ensuring all online communications are consistent, compelling and aligned with the School’s brand identity. Working collaboratively within the Community Relations team, the Digital Marketing Specialist creates content and digital experiences that inform, engage and inspire prospective and current families, students, staff, alumnae and the broader community. The role also oversees external agency relationships, manages digital campaign delivery and contributes to the ongoing evolution of Ruyton’s online brand presence through best-practice digital marketing and communications strategies.
