Central Coast Leagues Club (CCLC) is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team. This position will report to Kitchen Managers. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Duties and Responsibilities Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes Monitoring and maintaining the highest food quality Maintaining cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation and timely service. Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior staff. Support the Kitchen Managers in daily kitchen operations. Maintain compliance with Food Safety Standards and club policies. Monitor and support staff complaince with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures. Ensure all dishes are produced in accordance with recipes, portion controls and presentation standards. Prepare, cook and present meals to a consistently high standard. Participate in stocktakes and cost-control initiatives. Support continuous improvement initiatives within kitchen operations. What we're looking for Cookery qualification (Cert III or Cert IV) Good availability across business hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required
