SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead the payroll stream delivery of a major program. This role will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams, ensuring they are coordinated effectively and delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, the Project Manager will play a key role in driving the collective management and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple streams within the People & Pay phase. Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting. Work closely with business, payroll, HR, IT, and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment across all streams. Support governance, decision-making, and dependency management to keep delivery on track. Provide strong project leadership without direct line management responsibility. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in SAP payroll transformation and large-scale project delivery, ideally within complex or government environments. Proven track record as an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager. Strong background in Payroll, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). 7-10 years of experience delivering large SAP project management engagements. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams within a broader transformation program. Previous experience working in government or highly regulated environments. Willingness and ability to travel to Hobart on a regular basis.
