Position Description: Test Manager – ERP Transformation We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing for a large-scale ERP replacement program. This is a hands-on contract role suited to a professional who can quickly embed into the team, operate independently, and deliver immediate value. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for the ERP implementation. Establish and manage test plans, schedules, environments, and governance Lead all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams to ensure quality outcomes Identify and manage risks, defects, and dependencies, providing clear reporting to stakeholders Ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and release goals Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex ERP or transformation programs Strong hands-on testing expertise across tools, methodologies, and environments Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes independently in fast-paced environments Experience working within large, cross-functional delivery teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to quickly assess, prioritise, and drive execution with minimal ramp-up Ideal Profile Delivery-focused, pragmatic, and highly accountable Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels Able to hit the ground running and bring structure, discipline, and clarity to testing practices This is an opportunity to play a critical role in a high-impact ERP transformation, ensuring quality delivery and successful business outcomes.
