Senior Cloud Automation Engineer | Azure, AWS & DevOps Compas is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Automation Engineer to support the planning, development and implementation of Azure and AWS multi-cloud services. This role will suit a cloud engineer with strong infrastructure-as-code, scripting, DevOps and troubleshooting experience across secure enterprise cloud environments. Location: ACT Contract Duration: 12 months, with up to 2 x 12-month extension options Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required Closing Date: 10:00am, Friday, 05 June 2026 Essential Tasks: Design, develop and maintain automated cloud infrastructure solutions. Build and manage infrastructure as code using Bicep, ARM templates, Azure PowerShell or CloudFormation. Automate CI/CD deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools. Document cloud architectures, processes and procedures across Azure and AWS environments. Key Criteria: Proven experience as an Azure, AWS or multi-cloud engineer. Strong knowledge of cloud services, architecture and cloud networking concepts. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
