I am looking for a Site Manager to join a well-established building services contractor delivering a major project in Shellharbour, NSW. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager with a plumbing background who has worked on large-scale construction projects and is confident leading site operations on complex builds. The Role Lead all on-site plumbing works on a major project - hydraulic package $10m Manage subcontractors, trades and site labour Coordinate with the builder and other services contractors Monitor program, productivity and quality of works Ensure compliance with WHS and project requirements Oversee materials, deliveries and site logistics Report to senior project leadership on progress and site performance About You Licensed Plumber (essential) Proven Site Manager experience on major projects Strong understanding of hydraulic services installations Experience working within high-compliance environments Able to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across trades Solid knowledge of Australian standards and safety requirements What’s On Offer Permanent, secure position Long-term project pipeline Established contractor with strong industry reputation Supportive leadership team SCR-emma-mulligan
