Your New RoleAs a Production & Delivery Assistant, you will support daily production, processing, storage, dispatch and delivery activities. Your role will involve: Operating machinery, equipment, and performing routine manual handling tasks. Safely driving company vehicles to complete pickups and deliveries. Working independently with complex instructions and procedures. Supporting consistent production output across various business divisions. Maintaining high standards of accuracy in counting, reading, measuring, data entry and record keeping (hard copy and digital). Following WHS legislation, wearing correct PPE, and reporting hazards or incidents. Contributing positively to workplace culture by role-modelling professionalism, courtesy and the organisations values. Youll work a mixture of rostered shifts across different divisions, with flexibility in start/finish times and the requirement to occasionally work in outdoor, nonairconditioned, cold, dusty, or factory environments.
