About The RoleWe have recently created position as Group Manager – Shared Services to be accountable for the end‑to‑end performance, governance, and continual improvement of Whitehaven’s Shared Services functions, including Payroll and Accounts Payable. This role is critical to ensuring strong governance, controls and compliance across high‑volume, transaction‑intensive functions, while also driving performance, efficiency and continual improvement.We are seeking a forward‑thinking Shared Services leader who has successfully run large-scale transactional environments and who can balance operational excellence with future‑focused transformation.
