We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing centre operations and leading onsite teams to achieve strategic and financial objectives within a large retail asset environment. Overseeing a team of 10 centre management staff, this role oversees all aspects of centre management, including operations, marketing, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and leasing and mentor centre managememt staff, and ensure the centre meets its operational and financial targets. Success in this position requires strong leadership, a focus on asset and financial management, and the ability to build effective relationships with retailers, contractors, and local authorities.
