About the Opportunity This is a dynamic and varied position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and contributing to business growth through innovative recruitment and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities include the following: Source and screen candidates through database search, SEEK, LinkedIn & social media platforms. Write & post job advertisements & monitor response. Manage candidate database with regular updates on candidate status. Onboard candidates following recruitment process from start to finish. Maintain strong candidate & client engagement. Assist with social media campaigns & marketing content. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Marketing. Science or Engineering recruitment background highly desirable. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail & sound organisational skills. Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn & MS Office. A self-starter with high energy levels , initiative & “can do” attitude.
