The Opportunity This is a field‑based role servicing industrial and commercial customers across Melbourne and surrounds. Once fully trained, you’ll manage your own jobs, your own workload, and your earning potential. What You’ll Be Doing: Servicing, maintaining and repairing: Industrial and commercial doors Roller shutters Dock levellers and dock equipment Automatic doors and gates Completing preventative maintenance and safety inspections Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults Speaking directly with customers on‑site Working independently in a mobile, well‑supported role Participating in a paid on‑call roster (higher rates apply) Who We’re Looking For Industrial door experience is great — but it’s not essential. We are actively looking for people from adjacent mechanical and trade backgrounds who want to upskill, increase their earnings, and move into a specialised, in‑demand trade.
